Amcomp operates a single national rate contact number direct to the Operations Centre, which has access to CMS (Call Management Systems) and sophisticated call diversion facilities. The system enables us to offer one number for all purposes.

Outside business hours the alerts are diverted automatically, via mobile phone SMS messaging, direct to our engineers.

Our in-house Network Monitoring System alerts the Operations Centre immediately to any issues affecting customer interconnectivity for all of our Managed VPN services.
